Acquisition Background

The entire space was previously operated as a business center, with the business center and property owner being the same company.
The owner had already issued notices to all subtenants; some hold a 12-month notice period, while many will leave within the first 3 months.

The transfer process was complicated due to internal misalignment between the previous owners, but Deluxa Dubai successfully completed the acquisition and secured full ownership.
