Born and raised in the Netherlands, Sherwin took over the family business right after completing VWO in 2006. Together with his brother, he grew that company by over 2400%, building deep expertise in scaling operations, managing teams, and optimizing every part of a business.

At Deluxa Properties, Sherwin applies the same discipline and precision to real estate.
He is responsible for systemizing the acquisition, renovation, leasing, and asset-management processes so every property performs at maximum efficiency. His strongest skillset lies in strategic operations, marketing, and value-creation, ensuring every asset delivers above-market returns.

With years of hands-on experience across business management, marketing, and real estate, Sherwin focuses on one thing: turning underperforming spaces into high-yield assets—fast, structured, and scalable.

With a background in Dutch Private Law and years of experience as CEO of multiple successful international companies, Navid blends legal precision, entrepreneurial instinct, and investment strategy into one aggressive growth engine.

As a jurist, entrepreneur, and investor, he thrives on opportunities others overlook. From structuring complex deals to designing powerful marketing strategies, his approach is simple: no limits, no excuses, only outcomes.

At Deluxa Properties, Navid leads the legal and investment strategy—negotiating acquisitions, structuring partnerships, drafting airtight contracts, and identifying real estate assets with exceptional upside potential. His track record spans residential and commercial property investments in Europe and the UAE, consistently delivering strong returns and creating long-term value.

For Navid, the word “impossible” does not exist. If the target is clear, he will find the route—and execute it.

Finance & Compliance

Housing holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Control and has several years of accounting experience across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the United Arab Emirates. His international background gives him a precise understanding of financial structures, reporting standards, and regulatory environments.

At Deluxa Properties, Housing oversees financial control, compliance, and process optimization. He ensures every acquisition, renovation, and leasing operation is supported by accurate data, efficient systems, and strong financial governance. His work strengthens the foundation of the company, allowing fast decision-making and clean execution on every deal.

Finance & Data Operations

Jerick brings over six years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, specializing in data entry and medical billing. His background has given him exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information with speed and consistency.

At Deluxa Properties, Jerick supports the Finance Department with data processing, documentation, and financial administration. His precision and reliability ensure that every transaction, record, and report is handled flawlessly, reinforcing the company’s operational efficiency and financial integrity.
